For the 10th year running children in Flanders, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Scotland and Slovakia enjoyed taking part in the CoR/EA Group Primary Schools Art Competition.
This year the theme was ‘My Region, my Neighbourhood’ and the children, through their art, expressed their visions of their local surroundings, families and friends.
The winning three entries from each school were displayed in an exposition in the main building of the European Committee of the Regions during the December plenary week so members and visitors could enjoy seeing the colourful artworks.
